I help buyers and sellers of manufactured and luxury homes in Prescott and the surrounding areas.

I am a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Arizona Realty and the Kristan Cole Network, based in Prescott, Arizona. I work across Prescott and the surrounding towns: Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Paulden, Dewey-Humboldt and Mayer. My practice has two specialties. The first is manufactured homes, where the questions that decide a sale are about the land under the home, the title, the foundation and the financing a lender will accept. The second is luxury homes, where pricing, presentation and privacy carry the deal. I give both kinds of client the same thing: a clear picture of what the property is, what it will cost to own, and what has to be true before an offer makes sense.

My connection to Northern Arizona runs through my time at Northern Arizona University and a long-standing tie to this region. I joined Keller Williams Arizona Realty in 2020 and work with the Basua Group, and I have built my practice on residential listings and buyer representation. That background gives me a grounded view of how each of these towns is growing and what a buyer or seller in Prescott, Prescott Valley or Chino Valley should expect from the market this year.
