I help retirees buy and sell in Pinetop, AZ, specializing in vacation and mountain homes.

I am the Team Leader and Branch Manager at Keller Williams Arizona Realty, where I lead the Pinetop Properties Group in serving clients across Pinetop, Lakeside, Show Low and the wider White Mountains. My clients are split between people buying a summer escape from the heat or a winter retreat and people making the White Mountains their full-time home, and I work with both the same way. Whether the goal is a vacation property or a primary residence, I help clients weigh what living here actually looks like day to day, from hiking and fishing to golf and kayaking to the practicalities of a mountain property. I pride myself on extreme professionalism and a hands-on approach, often coordinating necessary repairs and contractor networks so that every transaction is smooth and stress-free.

My real estate career started in 1991, giving me 35 years of market perspective. My earlier work includes time at Long Realty Company and sales and marketing management roles at Real Property Management Rincon and Greens at Ventana Canyon. I joined Keller Williams in 2014 and served as a Productivity Coach and Trainer in the San Francisco Bay Area. I still coach agents on business planning and lead generation to build their production. For my clients, what carries over is my project management background: a structured, organized process with clear accountability from first showing to closing.
