I help buyers and sellers of manufactured and luxury homes in Prescott, AZ.

I am the Lead Listing and Buyer Specialist for Basua Group, part of Keller Williams Arizona Realty and the Kristan Cole Network, working across Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Cottonwood.

Most agents here sell resale. I do that too, and I also hold a separate licence to sell new manufactured homes, and I am Retail Manager at Best Buy Homes. That combination is the reason to work with me rather than someone who only knows one half of the market.

It matters because of what has happened to prices. A buyer who cannot reach a resale home in Prescott is not out of options, they just need someone who can price a land and home package properly and tell them what it actually costs to put a home on a piece of land. A seller deciding what to do with a lot is in the same position. I can answer both questions without handing you to someone else halfway through.

Our team also works with investors on new manufactured home construction for resale, which sometimes means access to property before it is listed publicly.

I have been in real estate since 2007, with 422 transactions closed and over $110 million in sales volume. I work alongside JP Basua, and together we are Basua Group.
