I serve as the Vice President at The Kristan Cole Network and the Founder of Productivity Coaching Expansion, where I provide real estate agents and productivity coaches across Greater Phoenix and the wider KCN network with the systems required for high-level production. My work focuses on creating the structure, leverage, and community needed to turn new recruits into top producers through disciplined onboarding and lead conversion strategies. By bridging the gap between talent acquisition and long-term profitability, I help teams at Keller Williams Arizona Realty and throughout our national network build sustainable growth models. Whether I am coaching an individual agent or advising productivity coaches on recruitment systems, my goal is to provide the strategic accountability necessary for measurable success.

My approach to real estate systems is informed by a decade of high-stakes operational experience in the United States Marine Corps. Between 2009 and 2019, I served as a Radar Watch Supervisor and Aviation Electronics Technician, managing complex flight control systems where precision and procedural discipline were non-negotiable. This background in aviation electronics and air traffic control allows me to bring a unique level of technical rigor to agent training and business strategy. Since transitioning to real estate in 2018, I have applied these principles of discipline and precision to develop the coaching frameworks that define the Kristan Cole Network today.
