I am a Realtor and Team Leader with Keller Williams Arizona Realty and the Kristan Cole Network, where I work with homeowners and buyers in Verrado. My focus is the Verrado community in Buckeye, along with the surrounding West Valley in Goodyear, Litchfield Park and Waddell. For sellers, that means pricing and positioning a home against what is actually moving in Verrado right now, including new construction competing for the same buyer. For buyers, it means knowing which streets, builders and phases suit how you plan to live. My goal is to make a complicated process feel straightforward, with clear communication from first conversation to closing.

My experience covers 25 years in real estate and 23 consecutive years as an award-winning team, including my time as CEO and Team Lead at Keller Williams Realty Professional Partners. I have also spent years as a productivity coach, working with other agents on business development and growing their production. That coaching work is separate from client representation.
