My path to real estate was built on twenty-one years of service in the United States Marine Corps, where I served as a Career Recruiter and Counselor from 1984 to 2005. Following my military career, I spent over a decade in senior leadership and talent acquisition roles at companies like Swift Transportation, Ryder System, and Hub Group. These roles sharpened my ability to manage complex operations and advocate for people, skills I brought to the real estate industry when I joined KW ELITE in 2023. Today, I use that lifetime of leadership and logistical expertise to advocate for my clients in the Arizona residential market.
