I have spent 40 years in real estate, and what I do now is help agents stop running a pipeline and start running a business. Our network closed over $1B across 3,000 transactions in 2025, spanning 12+ markets from Alaska to Florida. I teach agents the COLE Method: clarity, operations, leverage and expansion. Most agents hit a ceiling and the business they built starts running them. That is the thing I fix.
