My career in the industry began in 2009, building on a 16-year tenure as a Paralegal and Office Manager at Yearin Law Offices. This legal and operational background proved to be a critical asset as I moved into leadership roles at Redfin, Realty Executives, and eventually Keller Williams. Through managing high-volume offices in Tempe and Scottsdale, I have developed a reputation for rigorous compliance and supportive agent leadership. Today, I use this diverse experience to drive operational strategy for one of the most successful expansion networks in the country while maintaining local brokerage integrity in the Arizona market.
