I am a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Arizona Realty and the Kristan Cole Network, working with buyers and sellers across North Phoenix, Desert Ridge, Tatum Ranch and Paradise Valley. A lot of my clients are moving here from out of state, and a lot of them are buying new. Before real estate I spent six years co-owning a construction company, so I know what to look for in a build and what a subdivision Public Report actually tells you. I came into real estate in 2023, earned my Arizona license in 2024, and have closed 26 transactions since.
